"When I discovered shiatsu therapy and its healing effects on the body...I knew I had to share it with my community". Erin has completed a 2200 hour shiatsu program, is a Certified Shiatsu Therapist and is a member of the Shiatsu Therapy Association of Ontario.

More recently, she has completed a Lymphatic Drainage course. Lymphatic drainage is excellent for acute injuries, pain managment, inflammation, arthritis, among other symptoms.

Her treatments are tailored to meet the needs of each individual client, offering Shiatsu, lymphatic drainage and Swedish Massage as a stand alone treatment or in any combination.

Erin has a background in music and manual labour which as given her understanding and empathy for many conditions.

Direct billing to most primary insurance companies is provided. Other payments accepted are debit, credit, cash or e-transfers. I do not accept WSIB or Motor Vehicle Injury Claims.

Cancellation notice of 24 hours is required for all appointments. Failure to give notice may result in a charge for your cancelled or missed appointment. The first time will be waived, all other missed appointments will be charged 50% of treatment cost.
